Role Overview
We’re looking for a Junior Sales Engineer who can confidently guide customers through the technical side of solar and battery solutions. This role is customer-facing and focused on helping people understand how our products work, what they need, and why it makes sense for their setup.
You’ll act as the bridge between technical knowledge and customer decision-making—translating system specs into clear, practical recommendations that customers can trust.

What You’ll Do
Customer Consultation
- Speak with prospective customers to understand their energy usage, property setup, and goals
- Ask the right questions to identify suitable solar and battery solutions
- Recommend configurations that align with customer needs and budget
Solution Presentation
- Explain product features, system performance, and expected outcomes in a clear, practical way
- Prepare simple proposals that outline estimated output, savings, and system options
- Help customers compare solutions and make informed decisions
Handling Technical Questions
- Respond to questions about compatibility, installation, system performance, and warranties
- Break down technical details into straightforward explanations
- Address concerns in a way that builds confidence and reduces hesitation
Sales Support & Coordination
- Work closely with the sales team to validate technical details in quotes and proposals
- Ensure smooth handoff from initial consultation to order confirmation and installation
- Coordinate with internal teams when additional technical input is needed
Knowledge Sharing
- Document common customer questions and effective responses
- Help improve internal guides and customer-facing materials
- Contribute to making technical information easier to understand across the team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
- Interest in both technical topics and customer-facing work
- Ability to explain complex ideas in a simple, relatable way
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM or support tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk) is a plus
- Open to fresh graduates, especially in Electrical Engineering or related fields
